Leg routine #1

  • 10 lunges (each leg)
  • 20 deep squats
  • 6 bulgarian split squats (each leg)
  • 12 jumping squats
  • max wall sit

Repeat for 4/5 rounds

Rest between exercises: 30 sec. 

Rest between sets: 2 min 


Leg routine #2

  • 10 assisted pistol squats (each leg)
  • 8 bulgarian split squats (each leg)
  • 30 sec vertical jumps
  • 30 sec wall sit (or max out)

Repeat for 4/5 rounds

Rest between exercises: 30 sec. 

Rest between sets: 2 min
